How it works:
If you are not satisfied with your Koriderm purchase for any reason, contact our support team within 60 days of delivery at support@clickcraftventures.net. Our team reviews every request personally and will work with you to find the right resolution — whether that's a full refund, a replacement, or another solution tailored to your situation.

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider, we require that you contact us first at support@clickcraftventures.net. We respond to all support emails within 1–2 business days and will work to resolve your issue completely. Filing a dispute without first contacting us removes our ability to help you directly, which is almost always faster and simpler than a bank dispute.

Refunds, once approved, are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
